Chestnut mushrooms (aka Cinnamon Cap) are easy to grow, just use the top portion of the included bag as a growing tent.  They will grow in temperatures between 55 - 75F, slower at lower temperatures and faster at the hotter temperatures.  
 
They will grow several times with a couples weeks of wait between flushes.  After a couple of flushes we like to put them outside in a shady area and let nature give us additonal harvests when the conditions are right.  
 
Chestnut mushrooms are earthy, a little nutty, and sometimes even a little sweet.  The entire mushroom can be used with the exception of the base of the stem where it is dense and woody.
