Highly sought after for its delicious flavor and health benefits, the Lions Mane mushroom is easy to grow and easy to cook!
 
The first flush will yield approximately half a pound of Lions Mane and second flush will be about half of that.  We suggest putting the block in a shady area outside after that and wait for the mushroom to fruit again when the weather is right.  Outdoor grown mushrooms tend to be some of the biggest!
